AI tools

I’ve been experimenting with using AI to make various applications and tools. Some of them may be of use to others, and I’ll share them here.

Giving a text-based RPG sound and 2D graphics – I few years ago I made a text-based RPG while learning Python. Yesterday, I turned it into a 2D game with graphics and sound using Claude Opus 4.6 in about 1 hour.

Australian electricity wholesale market visualiser – This is a simplified visualisation of how marginal prices change with increasing demand. Have a play to see how high marginal prices benefit low-priced generation.

Personalised birthday RPG generator – This app will create a birthday-themed role playing game. Claude will then create a short story and turn that into an interactive game that you can download and send to them.

Australian energy sector quiz – Here is a quiz I made to test your knowledge of the Australian energy sector.

Love letter generator – This app creates a personalised digital love letter in html format for you and your loved one using a photo of them or you together and some details on what you love about them.

Spaced repetition generator – This will allow you to quickly use Claude Sonnet 4 to generate questions/answers about some text you’re trying to understand which you can import directly into the flashcard app Anki.

Sydney suburbs quiz – I made this GeoGuessr-like game with Claude to help me learn where suburbs are in Sydney. Test your knowledge of Sydney suburbs.
